
Using Paperly
Paperly is the platform your school uses to manage communication, permissions, forms, trips, and important updates.
Login To Paperly
When your school signs up with Paperly, we use the most secure login method available for that school.
Single Sign-On (SSO)
If your school has enabled Single Sign-On (SSO), you’ll log in using your existing school account details (the same credentials you use for other school systems). Simply select Login as Parent and follow the prompts.
One-Time Passcode (OTP)
If your school has not enabled SSO for parents, you’ll log in using a One-Time Passcode (OTP):
Enter the email address the school has on file for you.
We’ll send a verification code to that email.
Enter the code to access Paperly.
If you don’t receive the email:
Check your spam or junk folder.
Make sure you’re using the same email address the school has recorded for you.

Managing Your Profile
Keeping your details accurate ensures the school can contact you when needed.
Review and update your contact details
Check emergency contact information
Confirm medical information for your child (if applicable)
Some changes may be reviewed by the school before being finalised to ensure records remain accurate.
Managing Multiple Children
If you have more than one child at the school, you can manage them all within a single account.
Each child’s forms, announcements, and activities will appear separately but are accessible from the same login.
Trips & Activities
When your child is participating in a trip or activity, you will be able to:
View trip details
Review risk or logistical information
Submit consent digitally
Access relevant documents
All related information stays connected within the same record. No paper forms required.
