Paperly is the platform your school uses to manage communication, permissions, forms, trips, and important updates.

Viewing School Announcements

When your school shares an announcement in Paperly, you may receive a notification letting you know something new is available.

To view announcements:

  1. Log in to your Paperly account.

  2. Open your dashboard.

  3. Select the announcement to read the full details.

Announcements may include attachments or links, such as event information, instructions, or forms to complete.

Managing Notification Preferences

Paperly may send notifications when:

  • A new announcement is published

  • A form requires completion

  • A deadline is approaching


In many schools, you can manage how you receive notifications through your account settings.


To review your preferences:

  1. Log in to Paperly.

  2. Navigate to your profile or settings area.

  3. Review the notification options available to you.


We recommend keeping key notifications enabled so you don’t miss time-sensitive requests (such as consent deadlines or urgent updates).

If your school manages notification settings centrally, some options may not be editable in your account.

Finding Past Messages

Paperly keeps communication accessible after it has been sent, so you can refer back to it at any time.

To find past announcements:

  1. Log in to Paperly.

  2. Navigate to the announcements or messages area.

  3. Browse the message list or use search (if available).

This is especially helpful when you need to confirm deadlines, revisit trip details, or check instructions shared earlier in the term.

Helpful Tip

If you’re not receiving notifications, check that your email address is correct in your profile and review your device or inbox settings (including spam or junk folders). If you still have issues, contact your school for support.
