Trips & Events
Paperly is the platform your school uses to manage communication, permissions, forms, trips, and important updates.
Reviewing Trip Details
When a school trip or activity is created, Paperly may show key information such as:
Date and time
Location
Purpose of the trip or activity
What students need to bring or wear
Additional attachments or instructions
To review trip details:
Log in to your Paperly account.
Open the relevant trip or event from your dashboard or notifications.
Read through the full description and any attached documents.
If you have questions about trip logistics, contact your school directly.
Checking Consent Status
Paperly helps you see whether consent has been submitted for a trip or activity.
Depending on your school’s setup, you may see statuses such as:
Submitted / Complete
Pending
Overdue
To check status:
Log in to Paperly.
Open the trip or form.
Review the consent section and submission status.
If you believe you have submitted consent but it appears as pending, contact your school so they can confirm receipt.
Completing Trip Consent
When consent is required, you’ll be guided through a short form. The form may include:
Confirmation of participation
Medical or emergency details (if required)
Permissions (such as travel, photography, or activity participation)
To submit:
Open the consent form in Paperly.
Complete all required fields.
Submit before the listed deadline.
Once submitted, your response is recorded and visible to the appropriate school staff.
Accessing Event Information
Paperly may also be used for school events (such as information nights, performances, interviews, or co-curricular activities).
For events, you may be able to:
View event details and timing
Access links or attachments
Complete registrations or forms (if required)
This helps ensure event information stays easy to find and consistent throughout the year.
